Questions

Is it really free for families?: Yes. Families always use CareTogether for free. Your sponsorship unlocks Plus for your employees and everyone in their care circle.
What do we see about our employees?: Only anonymous totals, like how many employees activated. Any number based on fewer than 10 people shows as “Fewer than 10.” You never see names, families or care details.
How do employees join?: Employees who sign in with your company email are recognized automatically. You can also share an access code for people without a work email.
How is billing calculated?: On eligible headcount, not active users: $2 PEPM paid monthly, or $1.70 PEPM paid annually (15% savings). Minimums are $167/mo or $1,700 per year. Headcount is trued up at renewal.
